The Aquarium of San Sebastian has welcomed in its installations a new sand tiger shark.

To decide her name, we were called for a competition with the aim of managing the society's collaboration. We have used our web site (aquariumss@aquariumss.com) and we have been helped by some medias so that it has been baptized with the name of Kontxita .

Among the persons who have taken part on it, (around 500), we have raffled SLEEPPING WITH FISHES´S visit off and the winner has been Ama Guadalupekoa school.

On the other hand, for the baptism, the Sea Palace has elected a godfather: Real Sociedad Football team.

To give the prize and with the aim of communicating the new name, we organised a ceremony, the 21 st April in which, the football players, Bittor Alkiza and Iban Zubiaurre plunged into our big tank.
