The Aquarium of San Sebastian has welcomed in its installations a new sand tiger shark.

To decide her name, we were called for a competition with the aim of managing the society's collaboration. We have used our web site (www.aquariumss.com) and we have been helped by some medias so that it has been baptized with the name of Kontxita .

Among the persons who have taken part on it, (around 500), we have raffled SLEEPPING WITH FISHES´S visit off and the winner has been Ama Guadalupekoa school.

On the other hand, for the baptism, the Sea Palace has elected a godfather: Real Sociedad Football team.

To give the prize and with the aim of communicating the new name, we organised a ceremony, the 21 st April in which, the football players, Bittor Alkiza and Iban Zubiaurre plunged into our big tank.
